Surcharge Policy
All units sold with a surcharge can attract a customer surcharge refund, on the basis the returned item meets the following criteria:
- That the surcharge core return is of an approved type and application equivalent to the original unit sold.
- That the condition of the surcharge return core meets the requirement of the particular product group surcharge returns criteria. This returns criteria is normally listed in the applicable product catalogue and is supplied in leaflet form within the box of each new item supplied.
Drivelink's bespoke core tracking system assures accurate processing of all surcharge claims.
Also, as a result of Drivelink's technology base for remanufacturing, combined with new component parts, we have a high core utilization figure, hence scrap core (including surcharge returns) is minimized and customer profit increases.
