Standard Product Range: Re-Manufactured C.V.Joints

The full range of CV joints are all precision reground using the latest fully automated, computer controlled, high speed ,refrigerant cooled grinding processes pre-programmed to grind all three components of single radial, dual arc and VL plunge type joints.

Replacement oversize ball bearings are utilized for reground and rebuilt C.V. joints - precision ground from AISI 52100 chrome steel, and every outer C.V joint is rebuilt utilizing an O.E.M. grade of calcium complex grease.

All part numbers are offered with or without boot kits comprising relevant boot, clips and measured grease quantity.

All joints are supplied complete with the appropriate OE specification securing nut, and all ABS options are available with the correct ABS sensor ring fitted.
