Quality: Re-Manufacturing Process

All products undergo a rigorous identification and sorting process by experienced personnel utilizing recognized, proven historical data at core storage level ensuring base core component supply meets the necessary quality standards prior to remanufacture.

remanufacturers of quality precision driveshafts and CV jointsAll items are disassembled utilizing strict process stage guidelines and all necessary components are thoroughly cleaned via pressurized industrial detergent washers, prior to selected components shotblasted to bare metal level.

After CV joints undergo the necessary OE standard regrinding process, original ,and where required, new components are re-assembled by experienced engineers, utilizing new OE quality boots/carters, clips, bearings, nuts and grease. Identification via historical measurement data is a priority before, during and after build procedures to ensure applicational accuracy.

Power steering products include dimensional checks and wear gauging of critical components before OE quality components are selected via historical, dimensional and application data for a strict point by point assembly procedure including specialist parts application techniques. Every unit assembly is performance tested on the latest product specific test machinery available, simulating closely on vehicle application performance.

Suspension spheres are all pre-charged and charge retention is assured by pressure test, before units are passed for final inspection.

Whilst all items are in process inspected at all significant stages of the remanufacturing process, final quality inspection, adherence to build specification and part identification are critical to maintaining applicational accuracy. Drivelink utilize experienced engineers working with an extensive, established and proven pictorial and dimensional database for all products.

All completed approved units are painted, marked/labeled and, where appropriate, boxed prior to dispatch.
