Self generating product ability results from new axle bar production utilizing in house CNC lathes, spline rolling/cutting and heat treatment processes or friction welding existing cores.

Redundant cores can be transformed via friction weld processing, CNC machining , splining and heat treatment into useable new part numbers.

New components are regularly injected into production runs, optimizing old core useage, overcoming any scrap shortfalls and ultimately maintaining batch quantities and hence range availability.
